Meet the Founders

I’ve always been someone who sees the bigger possibility inside an idea what it could become, who it could connect with, and how it could create momentum.

Today, I bring more than 20 years of experience to Studio Curate by S², which I co-founded with my business partner, Tammy Galindo. My focus is Programs & Experience, taking an initial idea and developing the creative vision, story, program flow, and visual and production details that turn it into one cohesive experience with purpose.

For me, success isn’t just creating a polished event or program. The real return is what happens because of it: people understand the message, relationships deepen, important conversations begin, and the organization gains momentum to move forward.

Through Studio Curate, I also work closely with One Region in Northwest Indiana, developing programs and leading the creative direction and experience design for signature events that connect leaders, bring important ideas to life, and encourage action.

I love finding the bigger possibility inside an idea and building something people can see, feel, and carry forward.

I’ve always been a people person, and relationships have been at the center of my career, whether in sales, business development, customer relations or leadership.

Over the years, I’ve also learned that I’m at my best when I can see the bigger picture, connect the dots and help figure out how to make something happen. I enjoy bringing the right people together, finding opportunities and helping turn a good idea into something real.

Today, I bring that experience to Studio Curate by S², which I co-founded with my business partner, Sara Soneye. My focus is Engagement & Strategy, building relationships, connecting people and organizations, shaping outreach and communications, and helping clients move ideas forward.

Through Studio Curate, I also work closely with One Region in Northwest Indiana, supporting member and partner engagement, communications, sponsorships, and the strategy and execution of programs and signature events.

At the end of the day, I really enjoy working with good people on things that matter, building relationships, making connections and helping create opportunities that might not have happened otherwise.
